Another Day in the Empire
Pam Geller and the Islamaphobe subculture point to the shooting in Garland, Texas as evidence radical Muslims are dangerous and bent on attacking America.
It is now clear the attack was the work of the FBI.
According to an affidavit released last week, an FBI agent told Elton Simpson to “tear up Texas” days before Simpson and Nadir Hamid Soofi attacked the “Draw Muhammad” event at the Curtis Culwell Center on May 3, 2015.
From The Daily Beast last week:
The texts were included in the indictment, released Thursday, of Erick Jamal Hendricks of Charlotte, North Carolina. He was charged with conspiring to provide material support to ISIS. The 35-year-old tried to recruit other Americans to form an ISIS cell on secret compounds and introduced an undercover agent to one of the Draw Muhammad attackers, according to the FBI.
But Hendricks did more than make a connection. According to the court papers, he asked the undercover officer about the Draw Muhammad event’s security, size, and police presence, during the event, according to an affidavit filed in court.
The affidavit does not specify if the undercover operative responded to questions about size and security.
The feds and their complaisant, script-reading corporate media continually warn us the Islamic State and its lone wolves and assorted jihad aspirants pose a serious threat to America.
Late last month James Comey, the FBI boss who essentially wrote a get out of jail free card for Hillary Clinton, said hundreds of terrorists are in Europe and the United States, poised to strike. “We saw the future of this threat in Brussels and Paris,” said Comey, adding future attacks will be on “an order of magnitude greater.”
In June CIA director John Brennan told Congress a “large cadre of Western fighters” working for the Islamic State may attack America at any moment.
“We judge that ISIL is training and attempting to deploy operatives for further attacks,” he said. “ISIL has a large cadre of Western fighters who could potentially serve as operatives for attacks in the West. And the group is probably exploring a variety of means for infiltrating operatives into the West, including refugee flows, smuggling routes, and legitimate methods of travel.”
If the behavior of Erick Jamal Hendricks is any indication, future attacks will require the assistance of the FBI.
Virtually all high-profile terrorist plots in the United States are the work of the FBI. A report released by Human Rights Watch last year highlights not only FBI arranged terrorist plots and stings, but secret evidence, anonymous juries, extensive pretrial detentions and convictions significantly removed from actual plots.
A study released by Project SALAM and the National Coalition to Protect Civil Freedoms concludes the FBI creates and then foils its own terror plots. “Overall, 94.2% of all the terrorism-related convictions on the DOJ list have been either preemptive prosecution cases or cases that involved elements of preemptive prosecution,” Project SALAM reported in May 2014.
The Draw Muhammed attack was an orchestrated event designed to heighten fear of terrorism and boost the war on terror in the wake of the Charlie Hebdo attack.
According to CNN following the FBI arranged attack in Garland, US officials wanted to “determine to what degree the attack was directed from abroad.” A nameless official told CNN—the former home of the Army’s Fourth Psychological Operations Group—the shooting was “certainly more than just inspiration” by ISIS.
As the above-cited affidavit demonstrates, it certainly was.
