Electoral College Wants Evidence Russians Hacked the Election

Hillary Clinton’s top political adviser backs a demand by members of the Electoral College to request an intelligence briefing on the supposed Russian intervention in the election.

“Each day that month, our campaign decried the interference of Russia in our campaign and its evident goal of hurting our campaign to aid Donald Trump,” John Podesta said. “Despite our protestations, this matter did not receive the attention it deserved by the media in the campaign. We now know that the CIA has determined Russia’s interference in our elections was for the purpose of electing Donald Trump. This should distress every American.”

The CIA has not revealed evidence of the claim but for the establishment media the accusation is evidence enough.

On Monday, the electors, including California Democrat Nancy Pelosi’s daughter, signed an open letter to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

The Electors require to know from the intelligence community whether there are ongoing investigations into ties between Donald Trump, his campaign or associates, and Russian government interference in the election, the scope of those investigations, how far those investigations may have reached, and who was involved in those investigations. We further require a briefing on all investigative findings, as these matters directly impact the core factors in our deliberations of whether Mr. Trump is fit to serve as President of the United States.

The electors will probably be granted a briefing and “evidence” will be presented but will likely be kept secret— for national security purposes, of course.

On December 19, we shall see if the briefing will have an outcome on the election and if Hillary Clinton will march into the White House instead of Donald Trump.
